After a brilliant trip to the market in the sunshine yesterday. The children were absolutely fantastic. There were no complaints about the walking, they played beautifully in Borough Gardens, they shopped independently at the market and even carried the produce back to school - well done Stephen for carrying the biggest pineapple ever and to Tilly for not breaking the eggs!A big thank you to all of the parents who came along and to Mrs Scott for providing us with a stop off point and delicious snacks on the way back to school.
Today the children worked with Mrs Webb to make a three course meal that everyone got to taste this afternoon. Soup, Rainbow couscous, Carrot and Pineapple Cake and Fresh Fruit were on offer all cooked by the children themselves. A big well done to everyone as it was all absolutely delicious! Mrs Webb deserves a medal for being in the kitchen all day!
Indi-Rose enjoyed her couscous so much she went home and made it for her tea!
