Well done to the children in Year Two who had fun exploring our local environment last week. We saw lots of interesting things on our day-trip adventure.
One of the activities involved comparing old photographs with what can be seen at the same place today.
This is an old photograph of Upwey Station (when it used to be Upwey Junction) showing where the line used to branch off and head out to Abbotsbury. We stood where the track used to be and talked about how much has changed. (Although, the wall and bridge are still there today!)
