Lots of super Home learning has been coming through the doors this week, brilliant, particularly as many children have risen to the challenge of bringing in maths home learning!
A particular well done to Erica - who spotted that she was on the 'Hall of fame' on Mathletics this week! Number 84 in the world! A first for The Prince of Wales School!
In Praise assembly the following children were praised for:
Joseph - super reading aloud, tackling unknown words and reading to engage the listener.
Finley - great effort with finding 1/2 of numbers given this week.
Noah and Nicole, Erica and Rosa, Oona and Rohana, Finley and Henry - for super work in music this week, listening to the pitch in the song 'Looby loo' and then using the glocks to work out the melody!
Finally a special praise to Nicole - Nicole was heard saying to a friend that her head was hurting and then she told them that she would go and drink some water as that is good for headaches. We praised Nicole for her resilience and independence in front of the class, as she was trying to manage herself and had shown she was listening to strategies the staff say regularly to the children. Super stuff!
