Great first day back!

Thank you to Mrs. Hoskins for a superb morning! We learned all about the similarities and differences between modern farming and Victorian farming, as well as all about how the farm works, the animals and all the new arrivals - we were lucky enough to see a calf that was less than 24 hours old!!!!!!

Well done to all of you who clearly worked very hard on your reading journals - they look amazing and we were all keen to start work in them today! The reading area was a huge success and it was lovely to see the children snuggled up, shoes off and stuck in a book!!!!!

We are also pleased to welcome Miss Kensington to the Year 2 Team while Mrs. Creed is getting better!
