Today we have had a fantastic day learning about how to use primary colours to paint our colour wheels. With the help of Alan our artist volunteer from Poundbury Arts, we were able to mix and paint a range of colours.
To consolidate our learning in Maths, we set up a biscuit shop. The children had to choose how they wanted to decorate their biscuit, add up the amount, choose the coins, get the money (using pretend money) and then they got to enjoy making and eating them! This was a brilliant Maths task.
Forest School was actually dry this week and the children enjoyed a range of activities.
Home learning this week is linked to Maths. Additionally please keep on reading and recording this in the reading record. We didn't have many of these this week. Please can we have them on a Friday.
Have a lovely weekend and we will see you all next week.
