I would like to send a massive heart felt "thank you" to each and everyone of you - children, parents and staff for making me feel so welcome - your kind words and smiling faces have been overwhelmingly wonderful!!!!! We had a fantastic first couple of days, exploring and expressing our "inner selves" through senses, metaphors art work......a creative concept that you easily grasped - well done year 2! This week has seen the introduction of Florence Nightingale and you have all enthusiastically thrown yourselves into this topic with some superb self initiated home learning taking place too!
A reminder that spellings need to be learnt and in by Friday, also a reminder that we are off to The Priests House Museum on Monday to further our Victorian exploration (please come in victorian costume as you did before Christmas).
